Responsible for market mapping & business development by driving sales growth for various products by creating a strong sales strategy
Responsible for leading a team of 5-7 direct sales executives in the area – ensuring reporting effectiveness and productivity of the same
Responsible for creating and delivering on the sales plan/GTM plan for the territory, in line with the company objectives
Co-ordination with the product, marketing, credit, operations, etc. departments for the smooth functioning of business as well as new initiatives in the area
Responsible for training and grooming of all direct sub-ordinates in the area in product as well as soft skills
Responsible for establishing relationship with the dealer network and large & small institutions in the area for generating leads
Competitor and market analysis reporting for recommendations of improvements in products, structure, target profile, etc.
Responsible for planning and conducting customer engagement activities like GTM, melas, etc. on a large scale, in collaboration with other stakeholders
Responsible for generating business/revenue for Muthoot Capital Services Ltd. through prospecting – direct marketing/selling, micro-marketing activities, referrals, cross-sell, tele sales,pre-generated leads, cold calling and other means, for different products allocated
Owning and delivering on sales targets for respective territories
Responsible for territory mapping in the allocated regions for potential business opportunities
Formulating beat plan and reporting of daily, weekly and monthly activities in the allocated territories
Responsible for conducting on-field Go to Market activities or other marketing and branding activitiesfor generating leads/business in respective territories and increasing customer awareness
Coordinate with credit, operations and other teams in order to ensure timely processing of Policy/application forms/disbursements as well as loan servicing
