Ms. Ciby Babu has work experience spanning over 15 years in Retail, Telecom and pharma Sectors, across multiple geographies & culture, in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Employee Life Cycle Management, Talent & Performance Management, Employee Engagement & Learning & Development. She is Post Graduate Diploma in HR from XLRI. She was last associated with Reliance Retail Limited as Kerala State – HR Lead, since March 2020.Skilled in undertaking employee engagement and welfare activities along with handling employee grievances.
