Mr. Thomas Muthoot

Mr. Thomas Muthoot serves as the Executive Director and a key promoter of the Muthoot Pappachan Group (MPG), bringing extensive expertise to his role as Managing Director of Muthoot Microfin Limited (MML), Muthoot Housing Finance Company Limited (MHFCL) and Muthoot Motors. His extensive knowledge in microcredit, micro savings, and the automotive industry has been a cornerstone in the Group’s successful diversification. A champion of philanthropy, Mr. Thomas directs MPG’s charitable ventures through the Muthoot Pappachan Foundation and is instrumental in promoting the country’s sports ecosystem through grassroot academies and sports leagues. His commitment to social causes was honoured in 2014 when he received the SEN Inclusive Business and Community Award from YPO-WPO, highlighting his contributions to women’s empowerment initiatives within the Group.
